2016 Willamette Valley Chardonnay


Dijon clones 76 & 96 combine to make a wonderfully balanced wine. Barrel fermented in neutral oak barrels with full malo-lactic fermentation brings forth a rich creamy texture.  Flavors of green apple, vanilla wafer and graham cracker combine in this mild-mannered Chardonnay.  It should continue to develop and integrate its flavors over the next couple of years.
