Lujon Syrah

Along with Cabernet Sauvignon, Lujon Syrah has been our other flagship wine. We have always been impressed with the quality of the Syrah from the Walla Walla Valley. As with our Cabernet we have grown to understand the climate, soils and vineyards that grow superior Syrah. Our Syrah is grown to ripeness to express the wonderful fruit and soft elegant tannins. Occasionally we will co-ferment our Syrah with a little Viognier to accent the wonderful fruit aromas, this will vary by vintage and ripeness levels.

Lujon Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon has been one of our flagship wines from the inception of Lujon in 2005. We have been sourcing fruit from the Walla Walla Valley for over a decade and have grown to understand the climate, soils and vineyards that we work with. We strive for fruit expression, balance, and elegance. Our Cabernet will age in French oak for a minimum of two years and typically will not receive more that 20% new oak. Although oak is a integral of the wines development it should never be the main focus. We think you’ll agree.
